Partially Oriented Yarn
Partially Oriented Yarn (POY ) is a type of polyester filament yarn yet to be processed through the drawing process, which is the primary form of polyester filament yarn made through the polymerizing and spinning processes. We produce all types of POY yarns which includes POY Raw White, POY Bright and POY Dyed.
Color Yarns (Dope Dyed)
Dope dyed yarn is an environmentally friendly and efficient innovation in the dyeing process.Instead of the usual piece dyeing, in which the yarn is knitted or weaved first into a fabric, which is then dyed as a whole, dope dyed yarn is the opposite. As the name suggests, the yarn itself is dyed to a pre-selected dozing of colours, which are then used to create the desired fabric.
Mother Yarn
Mother yarn is a large, multi-filament yarn that is typically produced as a precursor to finer yarns. This yarn consists of several filaments that are combined and drawn together, forming a thicker thread. Once produced, the mother yarn can be split into individual filaments or finer yarns, each used for different applications. It is widely used in industries such as textiles, medical equipment, and packaging due to its versatility and strength. Mother yarn is favored for its high tensile strength, durability, and ability to be customized to specific needs.
Monofilament Yarn
Monofilament yarn is a single, continuous strand of fiber, as opposed to multi-filament yarns which consist of many fibers twisted together. Known for its strength and uniformity,
monofilament yarn is used in various industries, including fishing, agriculture, and technical textiles. It is especially valued for its smooth surface, resistance to abrasion, and high tensile strength. Monofilament yarn can be produced in different diameters, making it suitable for products like fishing nets, ropes, and even synthetic lawns. Its lightweight nature and resistance to environmental factors make it ideal for a variety of specialized applications.
